Dr. Eric Oxford, DDS

Dr. Oxford received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, TX, in 2002. Dr. Oxford then participated in a one-year Orthodontic Fellowship at the University of Florida where he conducted cutting-edge research on Invisalign orthodontic treatment. Dr. Oxford then completed his three-year orthodontic residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. During his years of specialty training, he received extensive training in adult and pediatric orthodontic treatment, treatment of complex craniofacial anomalies, and contemporary orthodontic techniques including advanced training with the Damon System and Invisalign. Dr. Oxford is the only orthodontist in middle Tennessee on the Vanderbilt Cleft and Craniofacial Team. Dr. Oxford serves as a visiting assistant clinical professor with Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt.

Dr. Oxford is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Southern Association of Orthodontists, Tennessee Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Tennessee Dental Association, and the Nashville Dental Society.
Dr. Oxford and his wife, Mary, have four wonderful children. Dr. Oxford and his family are thrilled to be a part of their community through school and Church activities. When Dr. Oxford is not at home keeping up with his four children, you can find him on the tennis courts, biking or at one of his kids’ sports activities.
